A client of ours was struck by a vehicle operated by an individual who did not have insurance.  Our clients vehicle was totaled due to the impact of the crash.  We then had to go after our clients insurance policy to get him paid for his injuries. Our clients insurance company initially denied the claim for no real basis.  We fought hard against the insurance company and finally reached a settlement in the amount of $22,000.00 for our client.
