Attorney Winer-Beck was able to secure a $675,000.00 settlement in a motor cycle crash case.  The case involved a young women who was operating her motor cycle on Route 15, Wilbur Cross Parkway, in New Haven, Connecticut.  At that time an automobile unlawfully tried to change lanes causing our client to crash her motor cycle into the grass median.  Our client suffered severe injuries to her left leg and right arm and had over a $100,000.00 in medical bills.  After a mediation and subsequent negotiations beyond the mediation, the case settled for $675,000.00.
