Our client was struck by a vehicle who failed to grant the right of way at intersection in Bridgeport.  Our client's vehicle suffered a total loss and our client sustained a back injury.  The driver responsible for the crash had only a minimal liability policy but were able to get a measure of justice for our client.  It is very important that when you buy auto insurance it is our recommendation that you get at least $100,000.00 of under insured motorist coverage to protect you from situations like this where the person causing the crash has a limited liability policy.
