A Jury in Philadelphia Pennsylvania returned a verdict of $5.4 Million Dollars in favor of a bicyclist  against the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for a defective roadway that was left unrepaired.  The  bicyclist suffered traumatic brain injury due to the accident.  Highways and roadways left unrepaired especially with potholes can pose serious dangers to bicyclists especially traumatic brain injury.  As a personal injury attorney I understand this danger and can help if you suffered a traumatic brain injury from a bicycle accident.
