With the onset of the Christmas and New Years upon us, just a short note to wish all of you reading this blog a Happy Holiday Season and Joyous New Years!
For those of you who live in the states where there is a colder climate chances are there is soon to be snow and ice on the roads and sidewalks.
Unfortunately, this is car accident season and slip and falls may deck the halls and injure a guest or relative at your home.
Make sure you have plenty of ice melt and a plan to shovel snow as snow accumulates.
Further, check tire treads for wear and tear as tire blow out is a common cause of injury from worn tires and the injuries can be catastrophic or even fatal.
Prevention is the answer so take the lead and prepare for such an event.
Also, do not text while driving and especially don't drink and drive during the holiday season.
If you plan on drinking at a holiday event, elect a non-drinker to be the designated driver. You will be safe and will not injure yourself or any one else on the road during the holidays.
Have a safe holiday and enjoy, Tis the season to be merry.
