I always tell my clients to be careful what information they post on their social media accounts when they are involved in a lawsuit.

Too many times you show up at a deposition and the opposing party has a folder of damaging information from your client's social media account. This could be harmful and haunt case to the end seriously damaging

the value of it.

Make sure at the initial meeting with your client you tell them of the dangers  and risks they face posting information on social media when they are involved in a lawsuit.

As the old saying goes "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." 

If the client has any doubt or hesitation about posting the information on social media tell them DON'T POST IT!!!
