Recently I went into a famous named retail store. Upon entering the store I was shocked to see that 90 percent of the merchandise was gone from the racks. The store looked like it was going out of business. I asked one of the employees what happened? The employee told me that the store had a 50 percent off sale and people came in droves and were filling their shopping carriages to the brim. The store employee then told me that it would be at least two weeks before the racks and shelves would be restocked.
I know many of you received your $1,200.00 stimulus check or your extra $600.00 a week in unemployment benefits. Be sensible. Save some of that extra money. Don't blow it all on consumer purchases. Use it to register to take a class or enroll in school. Use it for a "side hustle" to start a new business. Or just plain save for a rainy day as my late Grandmother use to say. Use that money wisely.
Finally, for the best sales deals, you will save a 100 percent on your money, if you just go shopping in your closet before you head to the store as you might find the very thing you are looking for in your very own closet.
Be safe and have a Happy 4th of July
