What is exactly going on with the corona virus pandemic?

When will the economy start up again?

Where it is business as usual.

Or will things ever again be the same like they were before the pandemic?

According to President Trump there is a forecast that he will open up the US economy as early as May 1, 2020.

That is roughly two weeks from now.

Two weeks more of social distancing.

I am hopeful this will happen as predicted by President Trump.

Meanwhile, many of us folks(including lawyers) are working from home and social distancing even when we go to grocery store or walk the dog.

This is a new way of living for many of us especially those who ate many of their meals in restaurants and went to social gatherings at bars at nite and on weekends.

Hopefully everyone is adapting to this temporary situation and are comfortable with basic needs like food, clothing and shelter.

If you know how to cook simple meals, you can eat well while your home hibernating.

In retrospect, this is a time to realize just how much people spent on excessive amounts of luxuries, consumer purchases and eating out that they can do and live without.

Be thankful for good health, friends, and family as we will all get thru this (god willing) and persevere and prevail.

PS Suggestions. While stationed at home perhaps it is time to do yard work and spring cleaning. Make yourself a cup of tea and read a good book. At least we have the internet to keep us all together. If not in person in spirit we are united.
