Just a short note to touch base with our clients, friends and family.  Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the summer as the country is underway and recovering from the Covid 19.

The trials that were scheduled for last year many were put over to this year and for 2022.  The Judicial docket is backed up with cases that were supposed to be tried in 2020. 

We expect by early 2022 the courts will return to normal. 

Because of technology it appears many court appearance for pre trial hearings, motions and motor vehicle disputes will be held via zoom.  What a new world we live in!!!

This is a time of year many people go on vacation.  Sometimes taking a vacation is just not practical based on one's schedule.  If you do not have time or funds or the inclination to go away on vacation, by all means be creative, resourceful and make a picnic at the beach,  backyard  or state park. I advocate doing this as I do this myself.  Its always better to do something less expensive and save your money for important things like starting a business, going back to school or just saving it in an investment account.
