In the past seven years I added Mass Torts to my practice.  A mass tort is a civil action filed by many plaintiffs against a large number of corporate defendants.

I am presently handling mass tort claims against Johnson and Johnson for its Talc baby powder which has been shown to cause ovarian cancer,  I am also handling claims against the chemical giant Monsanto for its weed killer Roundup which has been shown to cause Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. I also handle claims involving IVC filters, Hernia Mesh and Transvaginal Mesh.

The past June I became involved in writing for USRECALLNEWS.COM.  This forum is a directory which has the goal of informing the general public about recalls of dangerous products and drugs by the FDA as well as the status of many mass tort cases pending against large corporations.
