Unfortunately Federal statistics show over the last few years show that accidents involving automobiles and pedestrians have been on a steep rise.  This is attributed to more traffic on the roadways, distracted driving and larger vehicles like SUV populating the roadways.  Folks be careful out there.  If you are injured as a pedestrian by an automobile give me a call to discuss your rights!!!
