The importance of pictures of your car when you have been in a crash can help in telling your story if your case goes to trial.

I always tell my clients before you junk the car, assuming that the car is  totaled, in a car crash make sure to take pictures of the damage to the car.

Taking pictures of the point of impact or the place where the car was hit in the crash is very important especially if the defendant is disputing liability.

People are visual creatures. People judge with their eyes.  So take photos of the back, front and sides of your car and make sure you give these photos to your Attorney.

A picture is worth a thousand words.  The adjuster from the insurance company will be interested in seeing your photos of the damage to your car and even the damage to the vehicle that hit your car.  

One day you might wind up at trial, and you will have the pictures for your Attorney to show the Judge at a pretrial or a jury at trial.  This could make a big difference in how much money your Attorney can get for you because of issues of proof and the pictures will assist your Attorney in proving your case.

So take pictures!!!
