Just a few words to remind everyone about new year's resolutions and the art of goal setting for the year of 2021.
Many of us have new year's resolutions usually formulated around new years day. But do you find that you have kept vigilant at taking action on the new year's resolutions i.e. goals.
Take a few moments to think about it. What proactive measures have you taken lately to start a new project like a diet, an exercise regime or a self-improvement program for 2021. Did you start yet? Beginning is always the hardest part, but to effectuate and achieve your goals, begin you must.
The best advice is to write down goals and be as specific as possible. Make a list. Separate each goal-with a list of to do tasks and work on them daily even if only at the beginning for ten minutes a day (at least it is a start). Consistency is important and pursuing your goals a little bit every day makes miracles for tomorrow.
