After many years of representing clients having an auto crash one of the first things that the client has a major concern about is their totaled car. Often the first question when they call me up to hire me for the crash is "should I junk my car if it is totaled?"

Please pay attention. DO NOT JUNK THE CAR.  The insurance company has to be notified so they can photograph the car, inspect the car and do an valuation for the car so you can get paid!!!  This is very important and if you do not let the insurance company do its job YOU WILL NOT GET PAID.

Remember do not junk the car as you can lose thousands of  dollars for your property damage claim.
