When you trip and fall and get injured at a business you are patronizing what should you do?

1. Seek medical help immediately if you are injured.

2. Identify specifically what caused you to fall.  Was it water? A banana peel? Or some other substance.  This is very important in proving your case you must know WHAT CAUSED YOUR TRIP AND FALL!!!

3.  Try if you can to take pictures of the area where you fell.  Specifically, what caused you to fall.  If someone is with you have them take the picture.

Just a few quick tips if unfortunately you find yourself on the ground because of a trip and fall at a business.
